Embark on a journey around the Cathedral and explore the Easter Story. This engaging exhibition has vibrant displays and thoughtful reflections.

A peaceful and contemplative service to end the day, Compline offers a time of stillness and reflection. Led by The Revd Canon Neil Patterson, these services will feature addresses inspired by the works of Rachel Mann, enriched by carefully chosen music.

Maundy Thursday

Liturgy of the Last Supper

7.30pm followed by the Watch until midnight

All are welcome to this Choral Eucharist, which recalls Jesus’ final night with his disciples and arrest in the garden of Gethsemane. The service will include the symbolic ritual of foot washing and stripping of the altars.

Meditations at the Cross 12.00pm

Liturgy of the Lord’s Death 1.30pm

A time of reflection from noon to 3 pm, marking the hours of Jesus’ crucifixion. Bishop Paul Bayes will explore the theme of Wood Work, tracing the role of wood in Christ’s journey from manger to cross. The service includes addresses, music, and silence for prayer. Stay for all or part of the devotion.
