Meditations at the Cross

The first half of three-hour devotion on Good Friday, from noon to 3 pm (the hours Jesus was on the cross), during which there will be the opportunity to meditate on the meaning of the Crucifixion and commemorate Our Lord’s death with addresses, music and periods of silence.
You are very welcome to stay for all or part of the service.
Reflections led by the Rev’d Canon Paula Gooder continuing the theme of Women of Holy Week: Journeying with Jesus to the Cross and beyond with some of his female disciples. Women of Holy Week imagines what it might have been like to accompany Jesus in this final week of his life from the perspective of nine women.
