Imagining the Journey to the Cross.
The Rev’d Ally Barrett, Chaplain of St Catherine’s College, will be leading us in a series of four reflections on a series of her paintings based on ‘Imagining the Journey to the Cross’. There will be time for quiet reflection and prayer after each talk and the opportunity to attend the 12.30 Eucharist.
Ally has been ordained for 20 years. Her art practice is part of her personal and spiritual wellbeing as well as a way of examining ideas and stories. She especially enjoys how, in religious art, the process and medium help explore theological and spiritual questions, seeking to address themes that are overlooked.
