Beloved Community 2025
- Sat 4 October | 09:30 - 16:15
- Bristol Cathedral - College Green, Bristol
Join us for a full-day conference dedicated to exploring Christian tradition, identity, and belonging in today’s world. The event features a rich programme of keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive workshops designed to engage and inspire.
We are pleased to welcome Revd Azariah France-Williams, Anglican priest at Ascension Church Hulme and author of Ghost Ship: Institutional Racism and the Church of England. Azariah is a well-known public speaker and broadcaster, regularly contributing to BBC Radio’s Pause for Thought and Daily Service. Their insights on faith, justice, and identity will add a powerful voice to the day’s conversations.

Values:
We believe that we are all God’s children, his beloved in Christ, and we seek to show that in our treatment of one another. For those reasons we will…
LISTEN
Listen with respect to the lived experience of others and be mindful of our own conscious and unconscious bias.
LEARN
Make space for difference and recognise that we will not always agree with one another and be careful with the language we use.
LOVE
Be courageous in advocating for one another and give space for the needs of each person to enable them to participate fully.
