“Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed.” Isaiah 1:17
The Social Justice Network is a collaboration between the Cathedral and the Diocese. It aims to bring people together with a passion for social justice. While it is an Anglican initiative, it is open to all.
The Network aims to:
- Educate through mutual learning and theological reflection
- Encourage Christians to put their faith into action in new and exciting ways
- Inform people of what’s going on in Bristol, Swindon and across the Diocese
The Network runs an e-list and holds about three social-justice themed events a year, including ‘on demand’ deanery-level training events.
Through the Network, you will also be kept in touch with social justice events at Bristol Cathedral and elsewhere in the city of Bristol and the Diocese.
