Choirs have been singing at Bristol Cathedral since the twelfth century. Visiting choirs have long been part of that tradition, and we are always pleased to welcome new choirs who would like the opportunity to sing in our beautiful building.
We have had visits from many national and foreign choirs including Capella Duriensis (pictured below) from Portugal, Sankt Nikolai from Kiel, Germany, and the choir of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Pennsylvania, to name but a few.
If you are interested in bringing your choir to Bristol Cathedral to sing Choral Evensong or our Sunday services while the Cathedral Choir is on holiday, you can find full information in our Visiting Choir Handbook.
If you have any queries please contact the Music Administrator.
